Steve started out his insurance career as an adjuster with State Farm Insurance in 1993. He was soon recruited to Progressive Insurance where he rose to the ranks of Regional Claims Manager. In 2004 Steve elected to pursue the agency side of the business. The agency grew to be one of the largest insurance agencies in South Florida. In 2022 Steve sold the agency to focus on his passion of helping his clients with their Life and Health insurance needs.
Steve holds his Life, Health, and Variable Annuities License, along with his Property and Casualty License
He has been a resident of Boca Raton since 1976. Steve is a graduate of Florida Atlantic University. He shares his life with his wife Elyse and their three children. His hobbies include playing pickleball, golf, and visiting the coast of Maine.
Kyle Schleifer embarked on his insurance career at the age of 16, starting as a customer service rep in South Florida.
He soon transitioned to a lead agent role for the agency and managed a large book of business. In doing so, he established a trusted advisor relationship with his clients by helping his clientele find coverage that caters to their individual needs.
Kyle holds his 215 Life, Health, and Variable Annuities license. A third-generation insurance professional and a graduate of The University of Miami, he enjoys beating his Dad on the pickleball courts, traveling, and spending time with his friends and family.
